Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your personal tracking number. You can use this number to track the current status of your delivery online at any time.
How to track your shipment
- Open your shipping confirmation email
- Click on the tracking link or copy the tracking number
- Visit the shipping service provider's website and enter your tracking number
Delivery time
Our standard delivery time is 5–8 working days after receipt of payment. For large-volume products (power stations, balcony power plant sets, solar panel sets), the delivery time by freight forwarder may vary slightly.
