Where do you deliver to?
We only deliver within Germany. Deliveries abroad are currently not possible.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days after receipt of payment. For large-volume products, it may take slightly longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free – we cover all shipping costs for you.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Questions about solar panels & balcony power plants
What output do I need for my balcony?
For a standard balcony, we recommend 1–2 modules of 400–600W each. In Germany, the feed-in power may not exceed 800W.
Do I need an electrician for the installation?
Our balcony power plants are plug & play – no electrician necessary. Simply connect and generate electricity.
Are the solar panels weatherproof?
Yes, all our solar panels are IP68 certified and withstand wind, rain, snow and UV radiation.
How long do solar panels last?
Our bifacial solar panels have a performance guarantee of up to 25 years.
Questions about power stations
What can I power with a power station?
Depending on the model, you can power laptops, TVs, refrigerators, power tools or even air conditioners.
How long does the battery of a LiFePO4 power station last?
LiFePO4 batteries last over 3500 charging cycles – which corresponds to a lifespan of up to 10 years with daily use.
Can I charge the power station with solar?
Yes, all our power stations support solar charging via MC4 connection. You can also find the necessary solar panels in our shop.
Returns & Warranty
What is the return period?
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return products. Returns are free of charge.
What do I do if a product is defective?
Contact us by email at Kontakt@solarlösungen-Shop.de with your order number, photos of the defect and a brief description. We will get back to you within 2 working days.
